• Descaling – removes mineral buildup from the steam system. Suggested method: Use a descaling tablet suitable for ovens. Total descaling cycle with 50 minutes. 1st cycle with the tablet for 40 minutes ; 2nd cycle for 10 minutes using 200-300ml clean water to rinse the system throughly. Finally, wipe the oven interior dry to complete the descaling process.
