Q: Does all SENZ cooker hood comes with intelClean function?
A: We have 3 models that comes with intelClean function:

Q: Which type of auto cleaning is better? Water or heat function?
A: Steam + heat auto cleaning function is currently the most effective way to remove stubborn grease in the market. Water will transform into hot steam through a heat pump to effectively remove stubborn grease.

Q: Does intelClean cooker hood need to install pipe / piping?
A: Except for SZ-CH9388AC, both SZ-CH338i and SZ-CH930AC need to install hose / piping.

Q: Will the motor get rusted easily when using water auto cleaning function?
A: There will be high speed drying function at the end of the auto cleaning process, thus motor will not get rusted easily.

Q: Is water auto cleaning function able to remove grease effectively?
A:  We will suggest you run a 2 times cleaning when using water auto cleaning for a more thorough cleaning: 1) You can add mild detergent into the water for 1st cleaning 2) For 2nd time cleaning, just use normal water will do.

Q: Why choose SENZ CH338i intelClean Twin Turbo Cooker Hood?
A: SZ-CH338i cooker hood comes with Twin Turbo motor and Turbo Boost function where its suction power can go up to 1800 m3/h. It is equipped with intelligent cleaning technology that uses a 9-minute 110°C heat + water cleaning system to effectively remove stubborn grease.

Q: What is the difference between intelClean function VS Non-stick coating?
A: intelClean function uses either water, heat or steam function to remove the grease on the motor surface. Non-stick coating is just a coating that apply on the motor surface, grease will still attached on the motor surface.

Q: Will the heat pump used in heat + water auto cleaning cooker hood damaged the motor easily?
A: No, as every cleaning process is set with a time, it will stop automatically once cleaning process completed, preventing motor from getting overheated.

Q: The suction power of SENZ CH338i is 1800 m3/h, does that mean the suction power is 900 m3/h for each motor?
A: Yes, the suction power for each motor is 900 m3/h, this allows you to choose which motor you like to use and thus save electricity.
